Ms. Indrani Maitra holds a Master’s degree from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University and is an accredited member of the Partnership Brokers Accreditation Scheme [PBAS], led by the Overseas Development Institute [ODI] and the International Business Leaders Forum[IBLF], UK. She is trained in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Hong Kong and in PRA Methods and Application from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi.Indrani is a social entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in conceptualising corporate and brand campaigns pivoted on social values, implementing sustainable CSR initiatives and forging multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Prior to Synergie, she has held managerial positions at various organisations like, CII, ActionAid International and Partners in Change. She has also worked for 4 years on a World Bank project focusing on women empowerment.
