LEARNING CENTRE FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT OF TRIBAL WOMEN
In a multi-stakeholder joint initiative by SGNP, ONGC and a Local Tribe Trust, Synergie successfully set up a learning centre for tribal women in Sanjay Gandhi National Park.
SWABHIMAAN
Synergie, in partnership with Mahindra Finance, is implementing road safety workshops for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) drivers in Delhi and Mumbai.
SARATHI MITRA
Synergie in collaboration with Castrol India designed and implemented a program for the well-being of truck drivers as part of Castrol’s CSR initiative of Sarathi Mitra. Synergie has been implementing ‘Sarathi Mitra’ since 2017 and has trained 70,000+ drivers so far.
NIHAR SHANTI PATHSHALA FUNWALA
Synergie, with the support of the UP Government, taught spoken English to children in rural districts of Uttar Pradesh using a hybrid model that included both offline and online classes for the students.
SAR Group EV TRAINING
In partnership with SAR Group, Synergie launched a CSR skill development program in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to empower youth in Electric Vehicles (EV). The initiative trained 300 students in EV essentials, providing NSDC-certified certificates, toolkits, a wage incentive, and fostering employability and sustainability in the local automotive sector.
