- Synergie provides consultancy and project management services for CSR initiatives in the areas of education, health, road safety, skills development, and environmental sustainability.
- Our services include project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure the successful implementation of CSR projects.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their CSR objectives, budgetary constraints, and desired outcomes.
- Clients must adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to CSR activities in their respective jurisdictions.
3. Project Management
Synergie will assign dedicated project managers to oversee the implementation of CSR projects.
Project timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be agreed upon mutually between Synergie and the client.
4. Financial Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement between Synergie and the client.
Clients are responsible for funding the CSR projects, including expenses related to planning, execution, and reporting.
5. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed or shared during the course of the project remains the property of the respective parties, as outlined in the service agreement.
Synergie may use project outcomes and case studies for promotional and educational purposes with client consent.
6. Confidentiality
Synergie and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.
Confidentiality obligations extend to employees, contractors, and third parties involved in the project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice, subject to any termination clauses outlined in the agreement.
Termination may result from breach of contract, failure to meet project objectives, or other valid reasons as per the agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the service agreement will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith.
In case of unresolved disputes, legal recourse may be pursued as per the applicable laws and jurisdiction.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.

Synergie reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
